Wooden bridges and walkways, due to their intensive use and permanent exposure to the weather, suffer accelerated wear, cracking, biological colonization (mosses, lichens) and loss of structural properties.

At IPL we carry out its recovery by means of a specific surface preparation that removes organic remains, encrusted dirt and degraded layers. Subsequently, we apply water-repellent, non-slip nanotechnological coatings with high UV resistance, which protect the wood without altering its texture or breathability. We also carry out preventive treatments in the workshop on new structures, to ensure a long-lasting installation from day one.
