QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
IMPERMEABILIZACIÓN, PROTECCIÓN Y LIMPIEZA, S.L. is an organization based in Sant Quirze (Barcelona) that since 1989 has specialized in consulting and anti-graffiti systems, comprehensive management of cleaning, painting and rehabilitation of buildings.
IPL has an Integrated Quality Management System, Environmental Management and Occupational Safety and Health in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018 standards respectively.
The IPL policy is aimed at the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System in the provision of services and serves as a reference framework for the establishment of the objectives of the Management System.
The Directorate undertakes to:
-Provide, at all times, services that respond to the expectations and needs of its clients.
-Identify the risks and opportunities derived from the performance of all your processes and implement actions for their management.
-The degree of satisfaction of our clients and interested parties.
-Guarantee an effective management of the Prevention of Occupational Risks to eliminate the dangers and reduce the risks for the SST.
-Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health deterioration.
-Guarantee environmental management of significant environmental aspects for the prevention of environmental pollution.
-Comply with the legal regulations applicable to all the company's activities including other requirements that the organization can subscribe to.
-Promote the involvement of all the people in the organization in the improvement of the Integrated Management System through consultation and participation.
-Guarantee the efficiency in the use of consumable materials in administrative management and in the consumption of fuel and energy
-Guarantee the efficiency in the management of the waste generated.
-Guarantee the effectiveness of the maintenance of our infrastructures.
-Guarantee efficiency in the acquisition of goods and in the contracting of services.
-Guarantee the effectiveness in the management of the costs of the organization and the correctness and transparency in the invoicing of the service.
-Guarantee the provision of information and training to our workers when necessary.
-Ensure the active control of the operations that are carried out; both the reference to the state of the working conditions that are used and the suitability of the work instructions that are applied, including those that are carried out with contracted or subcontracted companies.
-Guarantee the motivation and awareness of workers to participate in those issues that affect their safety and health.
-Guarantee the dissemination of our image and our mission and vision to society.
-Carry out the review of the system periodically for constant optimization.
IPL Management ensures that its Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety and Health Policy is available to all interested parties and is understood and accepted by all its staff.
